Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours — no appointment needed. If you'd like to guarantee a shorter wait, feel free to call ahead.
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM Sunday: Closed
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit, and cash.
Do you work on all makes and models?
Yes, we service most domestic and import makes and models. Give us a call if you have a question about your specific vehicle.
How long does an NC State Inspection take?
Most inspections are completed in about 20–30 minutes, though wait times can vary depending on how busy we are.
What happens if my car fails inspection?
We'll walk you through exactly what needs to be repaired and give you a quote. There's no pressure to have us do the work — the choice is yours.
Is there a fee if my car fails and needs to be re-inspected?
NC sets a standard re-inspection fee by law. Ask us when you drop off for the current amount.
